Is your product damaged upon arrival or not as expected? No worries — we’re happy to help.

Please include your order number and attach clear photos of the product and the packaging.

In case of damage or incorrect delivery:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, you will be offered:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund of the purchase price


In most cases, the product does not need to be returned.

Returns Without Damage (Change of Mind)

 

If you wish to return a product that is not damaged or incorrectly delivered (for example, if you changed your mind), please contact us by email first. In this case:

  • Returns are only possible after approval
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

As we work with external suppliers, returns cannot always be accepted.
All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
